When I read the book I was in a seed of sadness about the current COVID-19 pandemic. But the author Ashwini Roth has given me new hope. His poetry stands for humanity in the state of healing. I highly recommend this book because the author is gifted and his vision of a new way to live. He suggest common things as spiritually healing experiences such as spending time drinking our coffee and concentrating on the goodness of ourselves.
